The closure is a snap closure with the C hardware and on the inside you’ll find fabric lining and an inside zip pocket that sits in the center to separate the bag into two compartments. There are two detachable straps that allow you to carry the bag by hand, as a shorter shoulder bag, or you can also wear it crossbody. The Pillow Tabby reimagines the archival 1970s Coach design with plush, soft leather and the traditional C hardware closure is wrapped in tonal leather as well. The soft Nappa leather pairs well with the more compact shoulder bag shape, offering a different texture to pair with your wardrobe that is less sleek but still feels cool and modern. I always liked the Tabby silhouette, but the Pillow Tabby is a bag I want to hug and on top of the tactile nature of the bag, I find it to be a highly aesthetically pleasing bag. Today Coach launched its Coach Pillow Tabby which updates the Tabby, a House staple, with ultra-soft and luxe Nappa leather.
